God Bless You! Our son at the age of 36 died from Sudden Cardiac Death leaving behind 5 children and his wife, brothers, sister in laws, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles. To raise awareness about this silent killer we started the Frank J Reali III Family Foundation. In the last 2 years since his death, we were able to raise enough money to buy an echocardiogram machine and started testing for free incoming high school freshmen.
