is sick. Ugh.
I tell myself that it is just a cold... while tears well up in my eyes... but the truth is, there is no such thing as "just a cold" in my world. Thus is the life of a mother of a transplanted kid. So instead, I go to bed tonight, with the monitor turned up louder, mentally clearing my schedule for the week, and a little prayer in my heart.

Kera, my heart goes out to you. What we take for granted with a 'common cold'. But one thing Miss Eden has that most 'common kids' don't...one hell of a determination and strength to rise above (you may sometimes called it stubbornness too ;-) but Eden is one special, amazing, strong, beautiful being!)
Those pictures are so precious! Mackenzie so wants to ride a horse and thinks Eden is the coolest!
